Having been in the construction business this long we know that transparency is essential when it comes to providing exceptional service and establishing long-term trust with customers. Our policy is to provide you, the customer, with a list of pricing options before starting any project. We want you to know that there are always different options available to you. Together we will work closely with you in order to customize an action plan that is tailored to your particular needs and expectations.

We believe strongly that the customer should make decisions based on complete information. In keeping with this belief we will go through all viable options in detail with you; explaining the differences between options, and what factors shape their costs. Essentially, we present you with plans that are transparent and modifiable to suit your particular goals and preferences. In the past we made contracts based solely on word-of-mouth as a result of this approach. We aim to continue that legacy.
